29 Healthy Infused Water Recipes

For the last year I have been working to kick my habit of drinking pop. I stop completely and then think, Oh just one won’t hurt. But then that one leads to two and before I know it, I’ve kicked water to the curb and I’m once again addicted to pop.

However, pop isn’t good for me. With all my other health issues, it literally makes me feel sluggish and draggy. Now don’t get me wrong, I love water. In fact, I only ever drink water at restaurants, so it seemed like an easy transition. But it turned out to be harder than I thought. So I had to find a way to get me ‘over the hump’ while I detoxed from it. 

And what better way to find some inspiration than to search on Pinterest, right? We all know the best ideas are on Pinterest. *wink, wink* But seriously, it didn’t disappoint. I have always loved lime in my water (over lemon), but now I have a slew of great recipes to try. And all of them with fresh ingredients that you can change up depending on your mood or time of the year!
